ABOUT COEUR-TRAINING: Fitness and being active have been a part of our lives since we were kids. We both grew up in families who developed our love for athletics and outdoor adventures. When our athletic careers came to an end we both decided to pursue a professional career in helping others find a passion for fitness and living a healthy lifestyle. For years we have dreamed of opening our own training facility and it has finally become a reality. Our goal was to create an atmosphere that feels comfortable and supportive. It’s not just a gym, it’s a place that when you walk through our doors you know that you will be among people who share your passion for fitness. People who care about you and your success as if it were their own journey. People that will do everything in their ability to help you become the best you!

Being a personal trainer is not just a phase for us. We both chose this career simply because our lives revolve around health and fitness and we wanted to help others find that passion for life. We want to teach you to love your life, to understand that you only get one ‘body', and that that body is your ticket to living. Years of experience has taught us so much about people and how every individual is completely different. We will support you and we will push you. Lindsay was a 3-sport Varsity Athlete at Lake City High School. Earning various State, Regional and National Honors. She received a Full-Ride Basketball Scholarship to the University of Utah where they won Conference Championships and made several NCAA Tournament Appearances. Lindsay earned a Bachelor Degree in Exercise Science and was hired as a Graduate Assistant after her eligibility as a player expired. During that time she managed the Strength and Conditioning Program while earning a Masters Degree in Psychosocial Aspects of Sports. She then went on to play Professional Basketball in Germany. After a carrier ending knee injury, Lindsay returned home to CDA to pursue her passion for fitness at the Peak Health and Wellness Center as a Personal Trainer, while also Coaching Women’s Basketball at Gonzaga University. After a year coaching at Gonzaga, she chose to focus all her attention on the Health Industry where she took the Fitness Director position at the Peak. Lindsay built their Personal Training and Program Department from the ground up. It was a valuable 13 years of continuing her education, adding to certifications, and managing departments. She had always dreamed of owning her own Fitness Facility, and now she can finally offer Coeur-Training. A facility that is appropriate for all fitness levels and goals, and offers a supportive atmosphere with the best equipment.
Megan graduated from Lewis and Clark State College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Exercise Science. Megan was a 3 sport athlete growing up and finished her career playing collegiate basketball at Carrol College. She is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, as well as Level 1 Pilates Reformer and TRX. Her passions include sports, outdoor activities, plyometrics, kickboxing and small group training. She enjoys pushing people in a supportive yet competitive atmosphere. Megan has been a personal trainer for over 10 years, has learned a lot along the way and continues to grow as a trainer. She loves working with all ages and fitness levels.
Melina has pursued sports with a passion since high school, where she excelled at basketball and volleyball, earning MVP and several other awards. Upon graduation she broadened her experience through Crossfit, which combines several approaches to fitness, including interval and circuit training, as well as weightlifting. Melina takes any opportunity she can to expand her knowledge of health and fitness, by taking sports education classes in college, olympic weightlifting courses, and gaining her Crossfit Level 1 Training Certification. She absolutely loves the community that fitness builds on, and loves seeing the positive impact it makes in people's lives every day. Melina is very passionate about fitness and helping people of all ages and levels achieve their goals no matter what they may be.
Melissa is a Master Pilates Educator/ Balanced Body - Polestar Pilates Comprehensive Teacher (Pilates all equipment 500+ hours) - She has worked in a PT studio in SLC,UT teaching Neuromuscular re-education to patients - Yoga Teacher ERYT 500 + -TRX trained - Biomechanics of gait workshop Polestar Pilates -NCAA Division 1 Collegiate Basketball Athlete - AAU Coach Vermont. Melissa loves all forms of movement! She enjoys exploring Mother Nature with her two wonderful children and husband. Skiing, mountain biking, swimming, hiking, running & camping are some of their favorite ways to explore moving their bodies and appreciate the great outdoors together. Melissa is grateful to be able to work with clients of all ages and abilities in order to enhance their lives with intelligent, challenging & fun movement.
